The Waves

The waves... so calm...

The rocks below, black and jagged. I readjust myself out of discomfort, the last few years finally taking their toll on my untenable shoulders.

The ominous clouds above crack their whips in uncontrolled multitudes. They rain down their fury in sheets, steadily drowning the world around me.

The clang and banter of rain against the grounded ships surrounding me quickly became deafening, my thought overrun by their insistent knocking at my minds door.

The ropes above me swayed violently in the wind, their movements random and inconsistent, like those of a ship lacking a sail, a man lacking sense.

Everything in chaos. Everything overwhelming. Everything out of my control. But in the midst of it all, I looked out into the bay, I looked out at the waves...

so calm...

Enter My Fear

All of the welcoming emotion suddenly dies.
and the darkness shrouds the land in only misery's cries.

Enter grief!
A timeless ocean.
Trapped of despair, trapped without relief
Enter the moon!
Endless racing of the thoughts.
Including you alone, trapped dead inside an empty room

The dead is holding you stiff once more!
Staring into your eyes, never have you felt so gone before

The time comes again, to pit against all that is you
Will you ever find the part of you that is actually true?

Paint the sky bleak
Consider everything we cannot speak

The one painting with the sun I painted as a child is lost.
Reality has broken the barrier, this is the ultimate cost

Lucid dreams

so deep, tripping through
a vault of echoes opened by you.
your love like fine wine
one sip so sweet
my lips could never compete.

an open road, a valley
a place to let it all seep in
warm like blood & tender as your skin
heart to heart syncing in.

eyes of the moon, tranquilized
swirling like valium
an ocean of consequence, I can barely swim.
which of us took the first dive in?
i'd drown in a thousand currents to stay here, by you
to hold the hand of hope
to gaze into the truth
walking alone on the path of dreams
where maybe in the end we'll meet..

Haunting Inquisition

 ■■■■■

And they wanted to heal,

But the requests were riddled

In disguises,

With delusions of grandeur,

And hopes of great riches and fantasies,

And so the healer likened the journey to the deep sea diver,

Who falls into the water with arms opened wide,

And forges his way to the depths of the ocean,

Deeper, and deeper,

He passes the wreckage of lost ships, and human waste

Of days past,

And at times must close his eyes to the remembrance

Of pain too haunting,

Because he knows the journey to reach his "treasure",

his "core",

Is a merciless path.

■■■■■

And when he reaches the ocean floor,

He does not stop,

Because he knows what lies beneath is what he must face,

And so he begins to use the tools he learned,

And finally, after chipping away for months and years,

he uncovers

The worth of his soul,

With great joy, he retrieves the lost and precious gems

Of his existence,

And he begins his hopeful journey to the surface,

But his suffering does not end,

Because the road up,

Even more wrought with turmoil as he endures

The caustic resentment

From those with no knowledge,

And he is made to relive the loss of his soul treasure

Over and over,

Time and again the relentless visions of pain and torment,

That satiate the hunger of blindfolded eyes and sullen, hopeless spirits,

Hungry for the taste of their own lost piece of life,

Lost in their lust for material gain.

¤

They cannot see his treasure is within,

The lack of "sight" for the divinity of his excavation

Into the "earth" within himself,

A common ignorance of human existence,

To be unaware of what one sees as

"Separate",

"Derilict",

"Different",

"Ungodly".

And his plight becomes even worse than he could have ever imagined.

■■■■■■

But when he reaches the surface of the water,

This vortex of pure love for all humanity,

Created by and through his own wounds,

Lifts him over the water,

And only then

He revels in the love meant for him from the beginning.

The hard work that could only be done by him.

No pill,

No man,

Woman,

Dollar amount,

Could have created it.

So you say you would like to heal?

Thoughts Like Waves

The fears that threaten,

To face one's life,

On terms not one's own,

Can bring euphoria, strife,

Or a wild combination,

Like a key to a lock,

It can either move mountain,

Or leave one in utter shock.

Your stars...how they twinkle...

Your dimples...how merry...

Oh "Tides of the Heavens",

Don't leave life in such a hurry,

For there's so many things,

That you won't and can never know,

But believe me my love,

You will be back, should you choose to go.

For life is a circle,

No beginning, no end,

And living in truth,

Your whole being shall mend,

Temporary chaos,

Can seem very wrought,

On a soul who can't seem to undo

What they've thought---

 !!!!!!

Was the truth.

 !!!!!!

With that,

Change comes tumbling down,

Then, in the blink of an eye,

Your smiles turn upside down.

 *****

We all live with threats daily,

This not new to us,

Soon you just reach a point,

Where it's not worth the fuss

*****

To be angry or vengeful,

Or feed into some dare,

Where your life is, is here,

Not your thoughts over there.

....

Author's Notes/Comments:

Just a poem. We all think things.

Just sometimes we may

not have the skills or awareness

to use the power to

let things go, as letting go

In the mind is what is important.

Then moving on is very easy,

Even if there is changes we must live with.

The thoughts come in...

The thoughts roll out.

Like the "tides" of post poems...

And waves of emotion,

Hold onto your whitecaps,

Life can be a rough ocean!!

Know Bodies Biznazz

To the tune of "my bonnie lies over the ocean"

《¤》

My body lies over the ocean,

My body lies over the sea,

Our thoughts guide intention in motion,

There's more than a body to me.

《¤》

There's sooooo many bodies that gossip,

A venture too trite for my style,

These bodies when nosy say, "wassup?"

I wish they'd get lost all the while.

Endless

A wide and deep and vast expanse,
Upon which forever we shall dance,
Celebrating our true freedom,
Unbound in the endless, unfathomable waters

Lost

Forever it does remind me,
Of an unquenchable thirst,
As I can't drink yet can drown,
And must I, before I burst?

Tides

A ship’s,

Sails float precariously,

In the wind.

The hollow of their shell,

Like caucasian tides,

Floating, Swimming,

Falling.

Their bloated, rotting flesh,

Fat with liquid like,

Drowned rats.

Sentenced,

As vermin,

To the depths of the sea.
