"Feel it,
the sensation of breathing,
with a new friend.
Not
the addition,
but the release of a union
of muscle and sinew,
effort
cast to the side.
The breath
enjoyed
with the support
of the floor.
The ground,
the dirt below,
thinking now
of feeling the green grass
in between your toes,
the Earth,
our Earth.
Nay, she is not ours,
we are instead Hers.
Your breath...
given strength by Mother Earth.
Do you feel it?
The ebb of the Earth,
the beat,
the ancient, encompassing embrace.
Do you feel the flow
of the Ocean,
the breath of Mother Earth
made manifest?
Do you feel the presece
of the energy,
in this room,
right now?
The energy that is still,
the energy that links us,
neighbor to neighbor,
the energy of the mightiest wave
crashing onto the shore,
the wrath of the surf
felt as fury by the surfer
that Hell hath no.
The energy of the exhausted canine
resting finally on couch
with the child who so tenderly
ran it tired.
The energy when Autumn comes
when you're not quite done
kissing Summer
goodbye.
Do you feel the breath?
Do you feel your mind
spiraling all over this
whirl of whimisical words?
Do you feel the heart?
Your heart?
My heart?
The flow of energy
of the one to your left
or right?
Us all, limited not
to labels
or categories,
not by old, young,
American, skin tone,
the foolish boy or the sweet lady.
Try Human,
Homo Sapien,
try Earthling,
giggling practitioner about spirit fingers.
But,
you know what?
I do not
need to instruct,
because I feel it.
I feel you.
I feel joy,
stress, searing pain,
us joining as a whole
with our Om.
So beautiful,
you people.
This is it.
This is you, this is me.
This is Mother Earth.
I feel it.
And maybe you do too."
Verse 1:
Though, I meet someone new
No one can compare to you.
No matter what we do or the trials and tribulations we face,
If it's you, I can overcome anything.
Chorus:
No matter the distance,
Timing is everything.
You belong to me
And I to you.
Verse 2:
No matter if we argue,
We'll resolve it quickly:
Agree to disagree.
You challenge me.
Bridge:
No matter the love,
let's keep it going.
If it's just you and me,
We can get through anything.
Last-Chorus:
No matter what,
I'll always love you.
'Cause you're my shooting star,
I won't let you go so easily.
Verse 1:
Come away with me tonight.
This heart beats so alone
Without its better half.
Babe, you're my heartbeat.
Chorus:
All the rhythms lead
And point to you.
Can you run into my arms?
'Cause you're worth the fight.
Verse 2:
I'd do anything for us.
It's worth the aches and pain.
There's no price for what
I'd go through for you.
Bridge:
This heart beats so alone
Without its better half.
Perhaps, now, would you return to my side?
'Cause you are my life's memory: my heartbeat.
Last-Chorus:
Was it a sin to love you?
'Cause you're my posion.
This heart beats so alone
Without its better half.
For, you are my heartbeat.
Verse 1:
Etearnally, I'm your's to keep.
Just say we're together, babe.
If I knew you were mine to keep,
I wouldn't have wasted time.
Chorus:
Take a chance on me.
Take a chance on us
What have we got to lose?
You're mine to keep.
Verse 2:
Don't be afraid of this love.
You don't have to fear this love.
Where there is love, there is peace.
I'm your's to keep.
Bridge:
Days go by.
I thought I heard you call out my name.
But, it was in vain.
How I long to hear you say the words: "I Love You."
Last-Chorus:
Are you afraid to love someone?
Do you have wounds and scars in your heart?
'Cause you've been hurt before,
I promise I won't hurt you.
For, I'm your's to keep.
It is what it is.
A stroke of a pen,
pixels of light,
A heart scrawl,
Screaming emotion
Or pleasant thought,
Wether it pops out
Or is coaxed,
from the ether of consciousness
a soul's awaking yawn
It is what is
and lives as it is born
Tinkered and toyed with
all manner of distortions borne
It sits in its reality
a nieche of existence
A poem waiting to be heard and judged worthy
because it speaks to a another soul.
It is what is
not a jot or itoa more

I want you to want me for who I am
And for you I'll do the same
I want to make you shine brighter then a gem
So you understand I don't want to play this mind game
I want a chance to make you forget your past
I give you my word I won't break your heart
I want us to build something special that'll last
Promise if I agree to be good friends
Nothing will tare us apart
This is the next to hardest thing to do
The way I actually feel
Nobody ever really knew
My heart the guys always steal
The next day you talk to them about me
They'd say "who"
It's like my feelings weren't a big deal
I wish no more of being down and blue
It is taking me so long to heal
God could it really be
That this time I found the perfect one
I guess we will both will have to wait and see
Your heart I hope I won

I yearn to love, a love with a passion
Joining hearts, a fatal attraction
To be fondled by your words alone, holding on to promises by your lips
To savor the sweetness and emotion that drips
Let us hold together, let our eyes slowly find and meet
Let all time stop, with nothing but our heartbeats
