Missing Him

You continue to fight the system,
I know that you miss him,
I don't know why,
You refuse to let go,

Of the dream that faded away,
You continue to cause pain,
When it can go away,
No matter how hard,
You scream at the sky,
He ain't ever comming back,
He died for his cause,
What he believed,
Just because you won't agree,
Won't cause him to be beamed back,
From the past battles he fought,
And the one he did return,
But in a box and uniform,
To his last place,
Where he shall forever stand guard,
Oneday he will stand guard next to you,

Deceitful Rain

How deceitful is rain?

like on a hot summers evening

when the drizzle looks ice cold

but upon walking outside

you find it hotter than the air.

Or when the droplets look like satin

falling gently to the earth

but when they touch your skin

it feels like you'll be left with bruises.

My favorite is when a storm rocks you to sleep

then jolts you awake with a crash of thunder!

Rain tempts my deceitfulness as well

because even though a nighttime storm is my favorite lullaby,

I pretened it scares me to death so that I can cuddle up in your arms

and curl against your warm body, that protects me from my "fears."

Maybe that's all the rain really wants,

to be cuddled up and protected…

but then again, how can you trust rain?

Fuck the Police.

The people who are suppose to serve and protect
Abuse their powers that's why they don't deserve respect
How are the people suppose to ask them for help
When they are scared when they find out how things are dealt
The saying "the punishment fits the crime" doesn't apply to them
As you can tell the chief's common sense is as good as pretend
So I agree with people when they say "FTP"
They're the same as the bullies but use brutality
Innocent people being pushed around and falsely accused
being thrown in jail, while the douche-bags are amused
we pay them, So we're their CEO
We should decide who stays and who goes
Some of them are good, but that is very rare
The others should be fired and taken to a daycare
Where they'll be surrounded by people who are very similar
And they all have the same name, They are criminals.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Too many stories about police brutality.

Man's Three Priorities (Procreate, Protect, Provide)

Why and what order does man exist on earth?
First to procreate and promote birth,
For little more than plant his seeds,
Reflects a man's desires and needs,
Countless seeds to plant each day,
While women bear with much delay.

Man's procreation he Protects
His wife and children must respect,
That in his failure to provide,
Protecting them he must abide
Mental, physical, fiscal well-being,
all these things man is foreseeing.

Once his family is secure,
Providing now he must endure,

Provisions bring great happiness,
his protected procreation blessed,
But if not safe, or if not born,
He can't provide, but only mourn.
