Yig - The Deadly Snake

Folder:
Visions

Yig went out of my head,

Wasn't I so sad?

In me male and female snake,

O Yig, please don't be awake.

Fastly in the taxi they put me

O let dead not have me!

But dead again I went,

This is what Nyarlathotep meant.

O in anger and wrath I don't want to be,

A female snake in each human you see.

So Tawil took them all out,

And dropped to the floor humans about.

Zombies were left on the Earth

Everything dead, everything burned.

Ghosts, robotic humans by aliens controlled,

This story was never before told...

Author's Notes/Comments:

A vision about the Serpent-God Yig.

Beyond

Folder:
Poetry

What if all was beyond that,

Would there still be innocence?

I cannot live with such a thought,

It will surely break me apart.

Is nature itself innocent?

It's full of ravage and wrath.

But it is not evil nor good,

Being one with the Soul, not apart.

Magick is what once was lost,

To be discovered thereupon.

Magick is the key to knowledge,

To the Unknown and the Soul.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I wrote this once for a contest on another poetry-site.

Flood

The rains came
Not cleansing but destroying
Not washing but sloshing
Mud and grime into
The dwelling
Gravel roads melted
Away as forgotten pavement sank to the caves
The rains came
Not cleansing but destroying

The sun rose
Shining and lighting
Casting its rays
Across forsaken villages
Grass seemed greener
Flowers more abundant
Life continued its ecological cycle
The sun rose
Shining and lighting

The surgeon came
Cutting to heal
Wounding to correct
Breaking misshapen bone
Wedging rods of steel
Amidst suffering flesh
The patient sleeps to groan
Hobbles to walk
The surgeon came
Cutting to heal

The promise came
To be stricken to crush
Kurios Kristos
Forsaken accursed
Dying for crimes to atone
Suffering to reconcile
Cast down to lift up
The promise came
To be stricken to crush
