Poetry To Be Read Aloud: For some reason I read the last two verses aloud - miraculous sounds, rhythms lost when read silent. Afuture, I will read you out loud as poetry is meant to be heard. Fav line: "...though we/pretend to be blind/in this game of forgetting." Nice. ~S~

With timeless polish and: With timeless polish and haunting beauty you achieved tranquil elegance and deep emotion.  In these lines you wove despair into threads of an immaculate melody, and the result is magical:   "The possibilities of daylight golden die a slow death through the night currency of dreams is hope eternal fueling our souls, our very kernel"   An angelic and enthralling heartsong. Enjoyed!

I hearby dub this movement: I hearby dub this movement 'Non-violent Collapsism', to make it's mission clear and utopian as possible ; )   "Just walk away."

Yes. Absolute chaos is,: Yes. Absolute chaos is, essentially, setting ourselves back to a primal/primative place. Understanding "chaos" is important. Chaos is not implicitly and explicitly "violence". It is the mere act of removing all constraints - it is letting nature take the wheel back and reshuffle the deck. Civilization was designed to hone nature, yet our second try at it (or third, or fourth, who knows) has failed badly. This does, indeed, open up the door for violence. And, of course, violence will attempt to reign supreme with constraints removed. Yet we kid ourselves if we don't admit that our current order is incredibly violent - much of that violence is kept out of the eyes of first world consumers, is all. Still, it's creeping up even on the margins of the decadent daily. Scan the world over, though, and it's already infested with the brutality of this violence: the greatest measure of just how violent our order is comes in the knowledge that 25,000 children die of hunger every day - that's due to the an order controlled by armies, whom in turn are controlled by politicians, who in turn are controlled by their corporatist rulers. I'm not an anarchist, but I can understand the rationale. Perhaps, I'm on a border near being a Collapsist. I may have just made that up. Perhaps I can write a book about this political philosophy of Collapsism and get fame among a few hundred followers? :)   Anyway, the upside of absolute chaos, or, to use more of a euphemism, a "primative return" and a reboot, is the ability to achieve a true 'great reset' - not the one being sold by borderless billionaires to move us deeper into a technocratic order. And, perhap,s returning to our ancestral roots is all that is left to do? To go backwards with the hope that, perhaps, next time around, we get it right - or at least better. Can we really fix a system so broken and doomed, while we are so deep inside of it? Aren't we all playing within the rules and fences it built, and aren't our expanses of progress within it's limits, even when we go into the seeming wilderness? Externally, of course. Within oneself, no other can travel and bring fences without permission from the 'User'.   As I see it, we will almost surely collapse one way or another. It appears to be inevitable. It seems unrealistic that enough people will escape the box that keeps us marching to the beat of the golden sociopaths which rule over our world. Swarming Capitol Hill to keep a billionaire in power is not absolute chaos. It's controlled chaos. But people couldn't see they were being played. Attempting to crush misguided voices is absolute order, which is equally misguided a thing to support. Again, people can't see they are being played. Ultimately, both are incredibly violent, both are controlled. So, my greatest concern of all is who is controlling the collapse. If it is controlled by the ruling class, then it's seeds will surely grow to be crueler and more destructive than it's parents. If it is controlled by the "common man", as in walking away from the system and refusing to participate any longer, than there are other possibilities. All of our options are grim, at this point. We are destined to collective suffering. Perhaps, if we each start to walk away now, we won't need a complete reboot (though that seems highly doubtful), just a step back of a few decades. But I feel, if I had to choose, I'd take unbridled chaos over controlled chaos. This coming from a person who has lived a very non-violent life, and plans to finish out his life that way. I'd rather fend with the chaos of nature than with the Order of Man. Controlled chaos, every single day it's been permitted, has driven us deeper into what we live in now.   Anyway, I blame you for this : p You got me and my hopeless mind started on this long, and probably pointless, string of thoughts with your writing yesterday. I wish with all my heart we could be better to each other, but I think to do so we each need to walk away from what we've been born and/or grown into. I think it's the only way. While the elitists try to pick up the pieces, we can walk into their guilded coffers and starting feeding hungry mouths, we can unchain ideas to feed hungry minds. Isn't that life?

Chaos: Greek Mythology: "The primeval emptiness before things came into being" - I had to go there. see Nyx. See also Anarchy. Both are precedents for unrestrained cataclysmic corporeality. Freedom as unrestrained by laws or mores. Works as a manifesto for the immortal. . How can mere chaos/order contend? .
