With my flesh, I wrestle.

For it is most hostile

to mine spiritual growth.

My desires, I loathe!

Yet, in weak moments, I

so easily give in.

Lord, I sincerely cry

out, confessing my sin.

against this wicked temptation.

It was just another quiet night

Suddenly, there was with the angel

a multitude of Heavenly Hosts

praising God. Grace, their song did foretell.

Then, suddenly abandoned, were their posts

we were all alone, once again.

We rushed to the town of Bethlehem

searching for the One God did send.

We surely had to find Him.
