A Quotation from William Ralph Inge

"The happy people are those who are producing something; the bored people are those who are consuming much and producing nothing."  - William Ralph Inge

Author's Notes/Comments:

Wow!  How satirical!  I think it's trying to say that people who manufacture or offer services are the money makers...  Lots and lots of money.  The consumers are the ones that use up those goods and services.  I don't know about boredom but I think it's implying that even though we earn our money and buy these goods and services and try to enjoy it, it's the rich guys or gals who are enjoying themselves with our cash much better than we are.  They can do whatever they want with the loads of cash they earned.  That's just my view...  but I think there's more that that.
