To Point Fun At

I don't agree that there's something comical

about one's physical appearance.

Take one step, two steps, three steps, sir,

walking opposite my direction.

Ignore those two jerk sitting on the bench.

Two clowns who, after watching you walk away,

decide to burst out laughing enough for you to hear them.

Two mindless, judgemental idiots that point fun

at the attire you've worn today.

Very hurtful things they've stated.

I didn't see any indication of you being upset

but I know you felt it because,

since it was out in public,

many afterwards looked at your direction

as if you're on the spotlight,

yet they said nothing.

Take one step, two steps, three steps, four, just walk away.

Derisive son-of-a-bitches like them don't have

neither a heart to feel nor mind to think with.

Author's Notes/Comments:

As I was walking to room 313 this morning outside, two guys made fun of this guy wearing shorts way above the knees.  I mean, I can understand, it's hot today and this guy is much taller than me (and I'm six foot!)  May be he's six foot four?  Anyways, I didn't think it was fucking necessary to poke fun at someone's appearance or what they've worn.  Those two jerks were so loud it brought the attention of strangers nearby!  That just pissed me off to see this poor guy being the object of someone's entertainment.
