Papa looks skywards so does the mother of two
"Would you like to have a bottle of apple juice?"
The child's parents ask.. try to buy some truce
"Fetch me a pup we may keep as our pet"
Parents narrate stories to make the child forget
The soft,cuddly milk-white toy spaniel
Sits on the child's lap casting a magic spell
Children grow up so do their desires
Cannot douse the craving .. childhood fires
Step aside children.. leave the beaten path
You will never regret.. there is no aftermath
