Monday Morning, 4 AM

This is perhaps the one poem that was the hardest for me to write. I've been writing poetry and music for 14 years, some of it biographical, but NEVER like this. I've been homeless my entire adult life, trying my best to keep others from knowing the truth. I recently turned 32, and with it came an evaluation of my life. I've been living a lie, and the only way for me to stop lying to MYSELF is to reveal the truth, no matter how much it hurts...
