The distance between us,

                                                       It happened

                                                      And that was it

                                                   I could feel the air

                                                  Get windy

                                                  And roar

                                                And your love

                                               invaded my being

                                          I slept many nights without

                                           speaking to you

                                          And I soared

                                        I fell

                                       Survived

                                      And was swept away by lies

                                      I was speechless

                                    As I confronted

                                    death

                                   As my mind and body were flinged,

      I hope you love me

Despite the love and pain

The silence has brought on
