Awakening of Fear

The tomb is open

The monster awakes

A new day is dawning

The earth trembles and quakes

Dusty lungs inhale

Wheezing air on in

A long dead heart

Beats loudly once again

Jagged teeth sink deep

Into newly bloodied meat

Bite. Chew. Swallow. Bite

It feeds to a haunting beat

It creeps into your mind

So you realize evil is near

Yet it can never die, never age

For this monster is called fear.

Wow, I liked that ending line... I hate being afraid, though I'm afraid of alot of things that I don't intend to be. Basicly, I'm afraid of myself.
