What Loving Words Are Capable

Folder:
Love In General

Words have a power of their own: to think, to communicate, to express,

and most significantly, to be integral to the human condition.

And what is stronger than just words?  Loving words.

Loving words between parent and child; to show one cares.

The coo of a baby’s laughter because of mommy’s cuddle.

Years later the time spent together signifying:

‘I am there, son.’  'I am there, my daughter.’

Or loving words deserved for friends; the plenitude of giggles and laughs,

the sharing of moments, and knowing time’s like these are never wasted.

Plant a friendship seed.  Allow to grow and mature.

Don’t forget loving words bonded by two lovers.

That caress, trading each other’s love by holding hands.

An embrace subsequent with a kiss.  And, finally, both hearts palpitate mutually.

Lend a hand to someone in need that is loving words.

It could be a stranger on a busy sidewalk.  Suddenly the lady drops

her belongings but you decide to help collect them for her.  "Thank you" she says.

Perhaps a destitute, homeless man basically holding up a sign ‘Could you help me.’

Help him get through another day, difficult as it is, with a few dollars

assuring he’ll have at least one meal for now.  He’s grateful.

What could you feel except good that yours and someone’s day is brighter?

Betwixt family members loving words you may tell.  Though sometimes

family might not get along and if there is no family who do you have special nearby?

It might be lonesome.  Worse, quiet.  Better to argue at times and love each other

at others than to be on your own with no one to associate at all.

A family is family for better or worse.  As they say, home is where the heart is.

Woof woof!  Meow!  Purr…  One has loving words reserved for pets.

Furry, feathered, or scaly companions with much attention needed.

Pet them I will.  Words may not be necessary.

When someone close passes away we show grief.

Yet we have stored loving words which we exhibit to them.

Though they’re gone, in absentia, we’ll know what we love and what we shall miss

because of a loving word or two.

Loving words take many forms to many things so close your eyes and use a few today.

The rest will follow.  A seedling appears, you know how to let it grow.
