was watching a series on Netflix called The Naked Truth...don't remember which segment i was watching when I stopped to write this poem/song lyrics...just thinkin about how there is way too much hate and hate just breeds more hate when really as the Beatles sang All you need is love....or thinking of the golden rule one simple rule Love thy neighbor as thyself...if we all could just keep that in mind and live by it what a difference it would make in this crazy mixed up world we live in...

Feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with computer stuff...My gmail is way out of control as usual. Am making a real effort to limit computer time. There is just too much information out there and not enough time to sort through it all. I desperately need a break from all of it...

Theme:Time Wrote this for a 21 day sync challenge. Today i was just supposed to pick a theme but when I picked the theme of time the poem just came to me and for the chorus part I used an old lyric I wrote a long time ago that was just Here and Now...

all we have is the here and now, you see I'm talking in present tense....all we have is the here and now...so let's take it and live it the best way we can....I had that part and even a melody for it I still have that tune in my head after all these years...we are talking decades ago...just never got around to writing verses for it til today...anyway the theme is time and the lyrics just came along with the theme...

wrote this one a couple of months ago but hadn't shared it online...didn't wanna lose it...I am pretty sure it was when I was watching  13 Reasons Why on Netflix....I often get inspired to write a poem while watching a movie or show...gotta love that pause button...I can go write my poem before i lose it and then get back to where I left off whatever inspired me to write...
