I think the last poem listed in all of our portfolios looks like it was thought of last, but it's alphabetical. I thought I'd fix that in my portfolio. Now mine looks like it's meant to be last, but just alphabetically. Now there's order in my universe. See you in my next post :o)

Sure, poets are feeling, thinking human beings and are good at expressing it. I'm humble because I say my poet brain doesn't rock -it is a rock.  

My new student was writing his seatwork and there was a spare sheet of blank paper on the table, which I wanted to fill with a poem. I used my head. I banged it on the table until the rhymes poured out. He must think I'm a terror teacher.

This is the result of trying to force myself to write something - anything.  i've been wanting to get out of this writer's block for ages!
