·         Permanent: imprisonment from three (3) to nine (9) years plus a fine of twenty-seven (27) to fifty (50) SMV.

·         Injuries lead to the anatomical or functional loss of an organ or limb, imprisonment of six (6) to ten (10) years plus a fine of twenty-five (25) to one hundred (100) SMV. This penalty may be increased by up to a third if there is anatomical loss.
