Well this one is about the lovely Sam (again).  Just about some thoughts I had tonight after spending the lovely evening with her.  I love the snow when it comes shooting at your window...I love the stillness of the night. Everything was perfect

in a club, saw a girl i liked, pulled a lad i liked...:S

I WROTE TO TELL A FRIEND I WAS IN LOVE WITH HIM I'LL NEVER REVEAL HIS NAME. BUT I WILL SAY HE SAID THAT HE WOULD NEVER FORGET THAT I WROTE POEM FOR AND WE'RE BEST OF FRIENDS TODAY! THAT JUST GOES TO SHOW EVERYBODY WHO'S EVER SAY I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT LOVE WAS THEY'RE WRONG I KNOW WHAT TRUTH LOVE IS!

Well it is obvious who this one is about...it just seemed like time to write a positive poem about the girl I can't seem to get enough of.  I really hope we are together for a long time, and if not, then I hope it all works out on good terms, but lets not think about that right now:)

This one is for Sam, of course, and since I am just starting to get to know her, I decided to write this about getting to know her better and growing stronger in our relationship. I hope the best in this and I hope she does too! Thanx for everything so far, Sam...I think bout ya more each day.

I wrote this poem partially on what I felt and the other part was based on fiction. When I'm feeling something I just get a pen and paper and start writing. This poem is from my poetry book "Diary of an Angry Black Woman."
