Beyond What Your Eyes Can See

The sun rises and falls,

Casting shadows between dark and light.

The fire burning fire causes death,

Destroying all leaving only ashes in sight.

Water ripples and pours,

Its surface calm but constantly lying.

Under its cover secrets lay dormant,

Deep down behind its mask water is forever crying.

The earth adapts and forms,

It's face bruised and broken apart.

Gives life but sacrifices it's own,

Mountains spew blood from the earth's heart.

Space still and silent,

Dark and cold like stone.

Lonely and sadly forgotten,

Cursed spend eternity unknown and alone.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Everything and anything. It may not be alive but they give off emotions and feelings that give you an understanding. Some people don't see past the outside.
