The universe is spinning me all around,

But I'm unsure which way to turn.

I desperately want to fall in love again,

But am afraid that I'll get burned.



I'm searching for answers,

But am unsure whom to ask.

At one time I was on top of the world,

Now I'm falling fast.



Feelings of loneliness are all around,

It's getting hard to ignore.

I want to be wanted again,

I wish there was something more.



This love thing is hard to find,

My feelings are so unsure.

If I could I'd search the world,

For an everlasting cure.



The day will come for sure,

When love will find me fast.

I'll no longer need a cure,

For the experiences I've had in the past.



For time is my nemesis,

I don't want to to wait.

I just want to fall in love,

I hope that it's not too late.
