Saying goodbye to you tonight,

was so hard to do,

I tried to keep smiling for your sake,

but inside I'm still blue.



You've become a great friend,

Over the last few years.

Now that you're gone,

I'm left with only tears.



How am I supposed to adjust,

To life without you near?

You are gone, so far away,

I'm full of fear.



This may sound selfish,

But I don't want you to forget me.

Don't let anyone take my place,

I love you, can't you see?



We have such a strong bond,

Please don't let it break.

And don't ever let us lose contact,

For Heaven's sake!



I love you so much,

I wish you nothing but luck.

I hope that you like your new home,

I pray that it doesn't suck.



And don't worry, you'll make new friends,

You will be just fine!!!
