Dreams of a forgotten spring

Another memory another movement.
Memories filled with smiles.
Days that are spent in my dreams.
Memories of joyful spring.
Memories of youthful energy.
The song of lovers in harmony.

Every "I love you" was harmony.
A beautiful, melodic, movement.
How we used to say the phrase with such energy.
We greeted each other with smiles.
Memories of a forgotten spring.
Memories that are now just dreams.

For I see you in my dreams.
Your voice a melancholic harmony.
I dream of spring.
I relive every movement.
I see all the smiles.
The dreams I have when I lose my energy.

I awake with renewed energy.
Reminiscing my dreams,
Those moments bring me smiles.
I am brought back to reality's harsh harmony.
The denouement or final movement,
Of a lost spring.

I wish to go back to that spring,
To once again have that energy,
To listen to that movement,
But I can only visit those memories in my dreams,
To once again listen to that harmony,
To see your smiles.

I miss all those smiles,
That we shared in spring.
We used to be in harmony,
Our love full of energy,
But I can only see you in my dreams,
The end to this movement.

The movement of smiles,
I find in dreams of spring.
The energy of forgotten love's harmony.
