+ 1ST ORTHODOX POEMS: Resurrection Starward

When in Christ, I have reposed:  do not mourn my absence as a loss;

for I have only been called from this earthly location

to Christ's Eternity, where starward enjoyment of Salvation

shall forever be my soul's chiefest exultation---

Salvation that Jesus accomplished on the three-barred cross.

Starward-Led

Author's Notes/Comments:

The third line alludes to LXX Psalm 50:12.

Great poem

I have always thought that a funeral shold be a celebration rather than a mourning.
