i'm broken

a thousand times over

will you see me in your dreams?

i wouldn't wish that upon anyone

unless you'll fall backwards and burn like the sky

that chases me day after day

you pulled me close without warning

and i've lost you already

take my picture in this dancing pose

don't forget it

when you breathe tonight

know that i envy the air

and here i am, crazy again

swimming farther out into the empty void

where i think i see your eyes
