doomed to die
no matter what
don't even cry
just shut up
we are all doomed to die
so i wonder why
we even try
to accomplish anything here
hold things,pets,and people near and dear
just to feel the pain of loss
and at what cost
it costs too much
to deal with sorrow and such
not necessarily in that order
do we just give up or
what are we supposed to do
can i rely on u
to give me a hint
or even a glint
cuz i am so lost
cannot pay the cost
yikes this really scares me
but whatever will be will be
i know we all will die someday
and people may remember us some way
I feel so lost
at such a cost
the cost of life
causes much strife
when you can't find your aim
to make some kind of claim
for those left behind to remember your name?
whatever, who cares...just play the game
of life and may the best man or woman or whoever win
give it a whirl and take a major spin
i don't even understand what i am sayin'
but i sure feel the pain
no pain no gain?
check back here sometime again...

Please read my poem END OF SORROW...It is similar to the emotions you are feeling. I liked your poem alot, it really expressed the emotions you felt.
guess we won't know til we get there and then it will be too late? I dunno...I was depressed when I wrote this but thought this would be relatable...doesn't everyone dread death or is it just me?
this is depressing..."i feel so lost at such a cost the cost of life" i know that dying is scary..but we're not really doomed to it...i mean, who's to say that after death is worse than life?

Very good Pam. This is exactly how I feel when I'm depressed. Not the healthiest outlook, but when sadness overwhelms you it's easy to feel this way.
