Hey guys, it's time to celebrate

We got a bonus check...isn't that great?

We get them today...I can hardly wait



It's the biggest bonus check ever

See...never say never

Don't be afraid to go the extra mile

It can pay off like this time-Smile!

The man with the plan

We BEAT plan by 3 mil

It's kinda hard to just chill



It's a big deal-we all share a role

Let's beat plan again next time-let's set a goal

If we focus on fighting shrink

We may beat plan again, I think

We all need to care

So more success we may share



Let's all do our part

And take it to heart

Consider this check "the start"

My human resources manager,Renee,
the best we have ever had there by the way, asked me the other day
to write a poem about our Success Sharing Celebration and this poem was born thanks to Renee...Oh ya, by the way, Brian was our store manager at the time that made it happen...he was the man with the plan, our leader, that made it happen...I am pretty sure that is why he got transfered back to North Ave, a higher volume store, cuz they didn't beat plan... so they needed him more there than with us...I hope we can do it again,but it will be hard without Brian....bet North Ave does this time around...Just giving credit where credit is due....

Well you did it again. Very good and to the point. Encourage all to keep up the good work and you will all share in the wealth, again. It is great that it was a two sided coin this time. You wrote the poem and made the point about the success of the project. Congrats.
