When is Good-bye Really Good?

good-bye

makes me cry

wonder why

ever try

to say good-bye

I hate to say good-bye

rather say see ya later

acquaintances long lost grow greater

don't know about you

is it true too

oh well

time will tell

if they pop into your life again

and if ever when

you least expect it

respect it

cherish your time spent

try not to resent

if you lose touch

thought it hurts so much

hope and pray

you'll be together some day

you say good bye I say hello

please don't go

miss you so much

hate that we're out of touch

I hate good-byes and try not to use those words ever...hate and good-bye..don't like to use either word ever if possible...always see ya or see ya later...or some form of we will see each other again but that doesn't always happen and I am bad at keeping in touch with so many I miss so much and so this poem was born today...pam
