in this most unenlightening day
burning bridges almost hourly
in our dire attempts to somehow repay
numerous indignities done to those of us
who chose not to play
the futile game of business as usual
politics
taught to each in his own angler's way
forget not what you do
more so than do only what can be forgotten
not by you alone
but the entire public as well
who has to absorb ( swallow)
all the unnecessary pork
even whats rotten..................
