rivers of angst

ye be of so little current

the jewel of the Nile

was its ability to sustain

great floods of life

man on a  global surge

bounds farther out into the

oceanic depths

pillaging the homes of the

fish

robbing the oysters of their

precious pearls

all the while plundering

beneath the watery floors

of all their gardens

man once an up start

now a rampant disease to

the varied species of this

once so clean and inhabitable

world

somehow a balance must be reached

between 'The Blood And The Sea'

if somehow both and not just

the powerful will of man

are to continue to prosperously
