in a deep sweet wound

my love for you lies

filled with the salve

of a promise filled future

the bandage of tomorrow

fixed in place

with such gentle ties

we are our thoughts

points to be made

in the way of the light

we focus on what can and

will be

and take refuge

in such singular delight

each other

as it should be

a carefully constructed

us

two pillars on a private

property

two birds meeting

while highest in flight

with the sun at our backs

and the wind

gently nuzzling our expecant

faces

we soar to sail upon a higher

joined plane

with our love as our wind

all our careful planning

as our sun

together

we joyfully carry our

welcome burden

over

to the next of many

an endless loving

day

as sealed for us are they

unanimous

an Envelope Of Destiny

opened at last.........
