I am the chill down your spine,

I am what you fear.

I am the reason why, the reason which,

Your courage suddenly disappears

I am the ruler of the darkness,

And the ruler of the light,

I am the one that stalks you,

Follows you through the night.

I am your ghost,

I am your shadow,

You’re in the deep end,

I’m in the shallows.

You can’t escape me,

I’m always here.

To haunt your mind,

And leave you in fear.
