I look at you, but do you look at me;

The same way as I look at you?

Do you feel what I feel for you?

Are you the same as I am?



Thinking of you, I fall on my knees

Praying that you are the one

Who can take my pain away

And heal my wounds



Why can’t we be together?

Why must I cry alone?

Why do I feel broken and lost?

Why aren’t you here with me?



You pass me by, without even noticing me.

I try to reach out, but someone interferes.

But when you turn to me, I can’t respond.

I don’t understand, I’m hopeless!!
