Dawn

Each star that sparkles in the night,

Each twinkling of a fairy light,

Each dazzle that awaits your precious sight,

Each dawn that awakes from each winter's sleepy night...

Every dawn leads, I guess,

To a new tomorrow and a new quest

Of life's fate and destiny

From each dawn starts eternity...

Dawn, dawn, I await

For your beauty's sight to make my day...

Dawn I miss your gentle smile

That slowly appears after night...

Dawn, I know we'll meet again

This life of mine does depend

On each dawn you bring before daylight appears...

Dawn, you take away my fears....

Author's Notes/Comments:

This poem is dedicateed to Dawn Junnet. She is a good friend of mine. I actually treat her as my real sister (though I don't have one)... Heehee! I just make things up even if they don't make sense, huh?
