I dreamt of my love today,
In the rain, I was dry, conscious, uncertain.
In the hand of another man, she was radiant.
In the rain, I watched silently, intentions.
In my mind, ebb and flow of emotions.
Torrential, unstoppable, I refused entrance.
I was scared, jealous, angry.
I dreamt of my love today,
I shall not remember her face when I awake again.
