Why couldn't they see
that I wanted to try
to change in a
different way
Time can go away
if it is not a thought
but will still
be in your mind
someday we will fade
but won't be forgot
we will just be left behind

Sounds like it could be a great song, somewhere between the lines of Staind, Slipknot and Sade. Strange combination but another excellent poem.
