Introspection

What a lovely day to wake up

On a cool and peaceful morning.

My pet birds keep cheering me up.

In melodious note, they seem like singing.

Up on a Eucalyptus tree by my window

They are beautiful sight to behold and see.

I look up to the sky, as white fluffy clouds hang by.

Its plain azure blue thin sheet in ozone sphere

Makes my lonely heart longs for his company;

As my eyes affectionately stare its heavenly space.

I thank my Lord for this beautiful painting

In His own time of divine creation

He let nature patterns a canvas free

For all to touch, view and draw inspiration.

What a welcome activity on this window,

Of this early morning habit of introspection:

Contemplating about life; meditating for peace,

Contentment and joy; paving way for retrospection.

Excellent piece and I like the fact the arrangement of words on the page forms somewhat an image of a tree-that's really cool effect
