Tapestry In The Sky

Folder:
Nature/Environment

They are like dainty threads

of silky silver linings in the sky;

interwoven like magic

delicately handmade with care

forming into soft snowballs

hanging up on high.

They are spread like blankets

in the canvas of my mind

waves after waves of masses

cotton balls and fairy flosses

gently blown into the air

suspending above the sea.

Lo! the picture of you appears

In the midst of my thoughts

Smiling, waving your hands at me

As I keep looking at the

tapestry in the sky.
