Through The Eyes of A Child

Through the eyes of a child

I see the innocence carves in her soul

The things she sees

The lessons she hears

In the surrounding she lives in.

Through the eyes of a child

I see her wisdom etches into the light

She learns what is right from the wrong

She outwits the trickery of the world

As she comes face to face with it everyday in her life.

Through the eyes of a child

I see how she forms and grows

She develops a sense of independence

And explores the world of the unknown.

Confidence is her asset to be bold and behold.

Through the eyes of a child

She makes me proud standing tall

For her strength and her fortitude.

She makes the best of each day

To enjoy life as it comes everyday.

You know my love for my own children. This reflects it beautifully. I really love this one. Great work.
