So I decided that I wanted to write a poem for you.

Not sure how this will turn out...

Hopefully, you'll like it. 

So hmmm....

As you know I really do like you.

Least I hope you know.

Or at least believe it.

I've grown to really care about you.

I wasn't intending on getting interested in anyone.

Or taking a chance with anyone...

Not after getting hurt once again,

by someone that claimed to love me.

But here I am...

Interested in someone else.

That someone being you.

So here's a poem for you.

Your first poem written by me.

One of the best things I see about you,

is the loyalty you seem to hold.

You truly seem to have a great personality.

I like that about you.

I can't say I like your smile,

cuz you've not shown me your smile.

But least I can say,

that I like your personality...That's the most important thing.

I like how you make me smile. 

And really, there's just somethin' about you.

I really do like you a lot.
