The Blood Countess

Revered for her beauty, loved for her face

Feared for her wickedness and morbid taste

A lover, a killer, the woman of sin

The queen of blood - an animal within

Victims killed slow - virgin blood drained

It took months before they were finally slain

Branding irons, molten wax, naked in the snow

Body after body, watch the numbers grow

Cut with scissors, pricked with pins

Watch the blood ooze from within

Blood baths and showers make her skin glow

Her age is something only she knows.

Elizabeth bathory - The Countess of pain

Beautiful, Seducing, completely insane

Died in a tower at the age of 63

Still known in the land for her youthful beauty

Author's Notes/Comments:

Dan inspired me to finally get to writing this after I read his poem "Elizebeth Bathory". Thank you Dan!

Wow I really liked this one! ^_^ Just by the name and the first few lines I knew it was going to be about her.
