"Perchance to Dream"
A chance at death,
gambling, all in,
taking the ledge,
falling over the edge,
Catching myself in the act,
taking two steps back,
looking for another way out,
falling into that memory,
And staying there for so long,
forgetting and remembering,
rewinding and fast forwarding,
going knowhere and everywhere.
The portal had opened,
sucked into the abyss,
once last kiss with clearity,
in muddy waters those thoughts,
But not forever, there would
be a dawn, a resolution to the confusion,
a sign in the sky to lead me out of this lie,
and here I am today to tell you why,
how exactly am I still alive?

We imagine what life and
We imagine what life and death are supposed to be like. But imagining is not the same as existing. Existing does not necessarily have to mean life or death. Those are judgments we put on to existence. Thanks for helping me understand something.
