Don't commit crimes against humanity (persecution), 'cause that is what it sounds like you're doing here...you don't know what they are thinking and you could be wrong about that...for all you or I or any person knows, they could be looking on with a look of pure admiration..but of course, they can look at the differently dressed in the way you mentioned as well so I can't damn you entirely for that....
