Bleachers

I take part in my own destruction

Mainly because the view is unobstructed.

I lay awake for days

recounting the ways

that I can no longer see myself.

Washed out in the neutral field

of feeling the violence in a

radiated split screen universe

where all I see are low frequencies

blasted clean in a nothingness

sponsered by positivity

A soldier

fighting in the smaller spaces

rotting at the gaze of inhumanity,

Spent like poverty

Bent at the sight of deformity

but there's still enough haze in hell

to complicate this relationship.

Dying is simple

when the math is meaningless,

Counting hours, minutes, seconds, days

only to find out the time spent is wasted

when the fireball hits.

It'll vaporize

the sweat you collected

and the fingerprints I left on you

that you couldn't wash off.

You'll see me right before we fry

cheering alone and melting nice

right into the bleachers.

"It'll vaporize/the sweat you collected/and the fingerprints I left on you/that you couldn't wash off."  - This is an incredible piece of expressed emotion.  ~allets~
