Something supposed to unite
to create common goals
to create a community, in its own right
but this is the root of most problems
we have people hating eachother on sight
simply because their religion "isnt" right
we have extremeists skewing religious scripture
to create the right to execute their brothers and sisters
what religon really does if create differences
but religious scripture of all kinds asks for love and acceptance
why then, must we push away others with the same beliefs as us
but with a different label then us?
we are all the same!
we bleed red and have compassion for those who we have loved and lost
why then must we crucify those who do not follow the same cross?
scripture begs us to love thy neighbor
but hanging someone ofr a difference in beliefs?
isnt that kind of a black sheep?
a pot calling the kettle black?
one sembalence of truth?
why must we "convert" people to our beliefs if we all believe the same principles?
why must we break them to prove out devotion?
we are all the same, we all want the same things
life, love, and persuit of happiness
shouldnt this apply to everyone as had been intended?
why should we alow exceptions?
