                                                                              What is Life

                                                                              *************

Yes my friends and foes on postpoems.org I somehow knew that this blunt question would be asked on postpoems.org. Many poets have defined life with as they saw it or thought about it. May I call postpoems.org "Planet Inspiration" Other great poets may not like this label such poets please don't read.I wonder why I am thumbing away at my HCL keyboard when I could watch the KKR Champions League cricket T20 on Star Sports channel. I'll write this in about half an hour and sit before the TV - a marvellous invention Mr.Bern Smile Who am I to define life !!! Well.. I can be proud to tell that I am a small creature and a microscopic part of life on this incredible planet with trillions of unsolved mysteriesSurprised

From my pea-brain database it is gathered that life began with the coagulation of organic matter unmeasured years ago. Ah.. that is the greatest Bermuda Triangle. How many years ago? What is a year ? Humans have defined it to suit their own needs 365 - 366 days that too not exact Frown In ancient Indian books the word "mahakal" i.e. "magnumtime" has been used. These spans of time maybe was similar to the Gregorian Calendar. Can a simple (or complex?) human lifeform understand with its tiny brain and recollect events from the day of his conception which is actually his life. But such database is scattered and fragmented within the brain.

My Dear Respected Mate Mr Bern says that someday all human brains could be connected by an external force and thus brain activity could be pooled. My humble view is that all brains or rather thoughts are connected to one another even to those electromagnetic wave emissions from the remote far reaches of the universe. There is a database which is a mammoth one with so called "God" as System Administrator.Saints and monks go in for connecting with this database through different techniques which I'm sure my esteemed and knowledgeable poets must know. This knowledge (possibly) may be a feeling of total unity or a total void.So in my view "Life is empty" Surprised So what's the point in chasing a "void" or "emptiness"? But dear postpoets it would be a very nice feeling as long as the connection is there (I think)

So... we 'll all go into flames or dust someday. In the meantime let's enjoy the bits and pieces of God on earth.. the absolute abundance of nature with its beauty and might. That's life. This is all I have to say as of now.Off to Star Sports on TV Laughing
