The Selfish Ego..... 'me' and 'mine'
wasting hours of your precious time
writing about nothings .. meaningless thoughts
meandering through dark alleys smeared with blood of innocents
who have bled trying to comprehend
the madness of crazy mind squirming with alphabets
who cares ? who reads ? whose soul bleeds ? None !
those who have bled are but shedding crocodile blood
writers brag about their works-- so do I
I am what I think.. I am what I feel...
But in this modern times we are masked because we are afraid
to show our real self..
The Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde fight day in and day out
Methinks this is all what civilization is all about

This makes me laugh at myself!! This is true about us bishu, but the poet 'feels' when he/she writes, and they face their feelings, like all artists do. I think it is a healthy form of ego, much more than a lot of other things, no? ~peace~
...and he asked her, "do you write poetry? Because I feel as if I am the ink that flows from your quill."
