I'm in the class of 'we still don't know what were doing here',

routine isn't really in my nature and neither is sleeping longer than four hours -

but i've got friends with good music taste,

and a family, that doesn't really call anymore.

I've got scratches on my hands from trying to fix broken people, 

and stitched up their wounds from when they've tried to fix me.

i've got a D-average in math and science, but have been placed in the towns art show

I'm a real big fan of atomic f*ckup's;

i fall in love with the people that think 'disaster' is synonymous with 'adventure'

the kids that live for spending days in the car

we've got CD collections better than our self esteem,

and guitars more used than our textbooks

i don't know much about algebra or ecology,

but what i do know is that if you asked them what their favourite smell was

they would say a hoodie after a campfire.

ask them where their favourite place is,

they'll tell you its between here, and there

I know that it takes 3 days to get to Philadelphia, 

and that finding the best in people is easy if you keep in mind 

that not everyone has somewhere to go at night

We built our lives on the kindness of other people.

how beautiful it is when the world can't hurt you

for now, we're young
