This poem is for all the people who go through so much and believe life isn't worth living. I'm here to tell you it is. I was depressed for a long time and use to cut, I hid my pain behind a smile. In the end its not worth it.I remembered all the people who loved me and cared. It helps. You don't have to go thru alone. There is always someone there for you.
