I wrote this about the, on the surface, politically correct attitude of Norwegians in Oslo to myself as a black person, while under the surface the value-choices they were making showed that it didn't stick too deep. That was 20 years ago. Now I think the sentiments echo the rage driving the Black Lives Matter protests in USA.
