Now it’s too late,

Because you broke my heart,

Never understood me from the start,

Because it’s just the way you are.



I knew you had secrets,

That you kept inside,

I tried to ignore them too,

And to myself I lied.



I just kept on running,

And I let you drift away,

There’s nothing left for me here,

There’s no reason for me to stay.



Now it’s too far,

To walk down this road,

Never understood it could get this cold,

When you’re all alone in the world.



What was your problem?

Or was your problem me?

You locked me out of your world,

And you threw away the key.



You crushed my dreams,

And you took away my soul,

Destroyed everything that made me whole…………



Now it’s too hard,

To try to forget,

You’re the only thing that I regret,
