Just throw in the towel
It’s all over anyway
Even though you claim you have committed no foul
It doesn’t matter what you say
They will never believe you
But are you really surprised
It’s not like you thought things through
And you can’t say you weren’t advised
It’s just not worth trying
Even your friends doubt your words
And I’m not sure what you’re plying
But it’s not what they heard
Don’t act so shallow
Don’t try to convince them with your scheming ways
Stop trying to prowl
Give up; they will never sway
words and more words, Run wild
Words and more words, Run wild and amuck, Words without feeling, Words with no luck, All of your hopes, Can be gone in a flash, Your good name is gone, And you've spent all your cash, Be grateful when you can stay the unaccused, Because all the lawyers want is your bank account, And to be amused. Talk is cheap, so stay clear of all liars, Be wise and don't get caught preaching to choirs!!! Lovely write. I loved it!! More more!! Welcome to postpoems!! .....
